How do I book a picnic? 
There are a few ways to book a picnic:

How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 72 hours in advance, but the more time you give us the more time we will have to work with you to plan your picnic
How do I pay for my picnic? 
There are a few ways to pay for your picnic:
  • Payments can be made online using our online reservation software (FareHarbor)
  • Venmo @NOLA_PopUp_Picnic
  • Through a detailed invoice from Square
Can I select the location for my picnic?
We do have a list of locations you may choose from or contact us directly to collaborate on a special place. We will try our best to accommodate all your requests. Anything outside of Uptown/Garden District, Mid-City, Warehouse District, CBD, French Quarter or Marigny/Bywater will have an additional charge. NOLA PopUp Picnic is not responsible for any parking fees, if picnic is held at a hotel you are responsible for valet parking fees. 
What is your cancellation policy?
  • More than 72 hours notice
    • We are happy to provide a 75% refund or reschedule your picnic​
  • Less than 72 hours notice
    • 48 - 72 hours before
      • 50% refund​ (no reschedule)
    • ​24 - 48 hours before 
      • 25% refund​ (no reschedule)
  • Less than 24 hours notice 
    • No refund given or reschedule due to bad weather or change of mind​
What happens if it rains?
The weather can be unpredictable at times but don't let that ruin your day! We suggest having a back-up plan such as indoors at someone house. You will have 24 hours to decide if you would like to change the location of you picnic, wait it out or cancel with a 100% refund. If you do decide to wait it out (being that the weather is so unpredictable here in New Orleans) and it does rain and you do not have an alternative location, you will not receive a refund and will not be able to reschedule. While there may not be a picnic, the collaborating companies and NOLA PopUp Picnic work very hard to make sure everything is ready and good to go for the picnic.
**Picnics will not be set up if the ground is wet.**
What if I have an emergency and have to cancel my picnic?
We understand things happen that sometimes make us change our plans. Please let us know as promptly as possible. We will work with you on a case by case basis. 
What happens if I am running late to my picnic?
We understand things happen that can make us late. Please let us know if you are running late. Your picnic will be packed up and reservation forfeited with no refund after 15 minutes. If you are late, your picnic will still end at the scheduled time. 
What happens if I need to leave early?
If you need to leave earlier than the arranged time, please let us know at least 30 minutes in advance. You can contact us through call or text message. You are responsible for the picnic until we return. 
Does NOLA PopUp Picnic stay during our picnic? 
No, we leave once you arrive and return at the scheduled end time. 
Are we responsible for clean up? 
No, we will set up and clean up your picnic. 
Does the charcuterie board size, amount of wine and sweet treats increase with each additional person? 
Yes, the size of the charcuterie board will be adjusted according to the number of people in your party. You will be contacted prior to your picnic in case you would like to upgrade the size of the charcuterie board, choose the flavors of the empanadas or add more food. 
Do your partners cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, they certainly do. Please advice us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking. 
Are we able to customize our picnic and add specific items like the food or décor? 
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Additional fees may apply.
